Christian Merlino, Esq., a civil litigation lawyer experienced in all areas of trial work including settlement negotiations and appellate law, joined the firm of Rotolo Karch Law in August 2018. Currently, he concentrates on the areas of workers’ compensation law, personal injury, family law and municipal matters.

Mr. Merlino’s previous experience included serving as partner with a law firm in Parsippany, NJ, where primarily he represented injury victims, homeowners, construction contractors and insurance carriers against claims and in civil lawsuits.

Prior to that position, Mr. Merlino was a general practice attorney with a law firm in Budd Lake, NJ. While there, Mr. Merlino worked to establish that firm’s workers’ compensation practice, in addition to representing clients in matters relating to civil rights, personal injury, employment discrimination, employment law and municipal court infractions.

A 1996 graduate of Rutgers University with a double major in Political Science and Administration of Justice, Mr. Merlino earned his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2001. He gained admittance to the New Jersey Bar in 2001 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 2017.
